Ingredients:
- 3 cup grated green papaya
- 1/2 cup chawli (cow pea / lobhia), 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, crushed
- 1 tbsp tamarind (imli) pulp
- 2 tbsp lemon juice salt to taste
- 1 thinly sliced tomato
- finely sliced 3 to 4 crushed green chillies
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
Method:
- Toss the all ingredients together.
- Serve chilled.
- Toss this salad at least an hour before serving so that all flavours blend.
